See Advert Posted on Spare Room By a Woman known as 'Ana N'

A landlord is offering a free room for rent in exchange for a live-in babysitter who would watch the children two nights a week - and whenever the parents want a night out.

An advert posted on Spare Room by a woman known as 'Ana N' is looking for someone to look after her children for a couple of days a week in return for a free room with bills included in Withington, Manchester.

The as yet unidentified family have three older children and say they are looking for either a student or someone in part-time employment, preferably a female, to help them out in exchange for a single bedroom, Wifi use and all their bills paid for.

The babysitter will also be able to make use the shower, the washing machine, kitchen appliances, and Sky TV in the living room.

In return they are expected to stay in and babysit two afternoons in the week, a few hours at the weekend and on the occasional night when Ana and her partner go out.
