Kim Kardashian has made no secret of the fact she's
facing another tough pregnancy.
And on the latest episode of Keeping Up With The
Kardashians, the reality star is left shaken after a doctor tells her she has
more fluid than normal on her placenta, which could possibly indicate she has
diabetes.
The star, who is expecting her second child next month,
revealed she was flying to Paris to stock up on pregnancy clothes from her
favourite designers – and gorge on her favourite cheesecake - but mum Kris
didn't think it was a good idea.
