A 17-year-old Cleveland girl stabbed another teen in the
back Saturday night, police said.
The incident happened about 7:30 p.m. on the 3200 block
of East 119th Street.
Witnesses told police that a group of girls was walking
down the street when another group of girls ran toward them from behind.
One of the girls in the second group had a knife and
stabbed the victim in the center of her back, witnesses said.
Police were called and officers found the victim on
Kinsman Road, a report said.
They found her suspected attacker a short time later and
arrested her.
An ambulance took the victim to Rainbow Babies and
Children's Hospital for treatment.
Her condition was not available Sunday morning.
